WIP Wed- Rolling through the stash

Time for Wed WIP check-in! I dug out this stack of MM fabric called Flight Pattern that I won last year. I made my great niece a cute craft travel bag out of some of the prints

Thought it was time to get something made out of the rest.

Mostly light fabrics and a few have bolder prints. I chose the tumbler block because I wanted to make one of those again.
The pack of fabric came with 4 solids too. I will just say this Michael Miller fabric is just a dream to sew and press. The colors are really vibrant together. This quilt just makes me smile when I watch it come together.

Oh, that birthday girl looks so pleased! What a sweet gift! And the leftovers sure are shaping up to be quite a fabulous quilt top. I have not made a tumbler quilt yet. Looks like fun!

Beautiful colours, good choice with the tumbler pattern I'm sure it will be vibrant when finished
I bought a couple of prints from this range - aren't they gorgeous! The travelling bag is a great idea, very pretty too. The solids work well with these prints.
Thanks for visiting my blog - home from holidays now and enjoying good internet access again.
